Okay so this HB9 came on Facebook and said yoo. i said 'hey wat up' she said 'nm wbu. therfore i took it as an IOI as i havnt spoken to her since nye where i said hi in real life and nothing else important. she did say to me that i was 'soo hot' randomly but she has a bf. so i responded to her nm wbu with the routines where the mates gf found phtos of his ex gf.. she was interested, then i did my version of the girl fight routine. and then i said i cud imagine her in a fight like that.she went on to say she wud get wild and win, but then said she wud actually lose tho cus shes weak. i said yeh yud get smashed and she said LOL and then i lessoned the neg with a 'the other girl wud be pretty fked up as well'. she said "totally.. psych" then went offline(internet broke i guess )

so how do i follow up on this? like shud i start a convo next if she doesnt? how long till i shud if she doesnt? etc... any help wud be great! thanks

In my opinion, it doesn't matter to much. Obviously is a IOI if you send a message first. but you have to strike while the irons hots and keep emotional momentum with online stuff. You should use some humor from your last convo and possibly some c/f to reopen/message
