There is a good friend from high school who contacted me on Facebook. I haven't spoken with her in a decade. She's working as a model now and I'd like to hook up, but I'm not sure how to respond to her approach since she already knew me as a "nice guy". I already have some rapport with her. Should I continue building rapport or go for a more direct approach?

This was her message: "How r u? Where u hiding these days ?"
