When I get something like that, I like to take a couple of messages to get her to convince me that we should get to know each other better. Let her win you over. There's so many positive things that can come out of it. How about:


nice try. you're cute, but i'm obviously way too much of a challenge for you. you wouldn't be able to keep up.


The underlined part I would only add if you feel like her response is a genuine IOI and she's actually hooked. If not, just skip it.

Then when she responds qualifying herself again, make it seem like she's winning you over. Something that includes maybe: "hmm...you seem like you're more fun that I originally thought" and ask her about her adventurousness or "maybe we WOULD get along, after all" and do some comfort stuff.
