This is an insult, not to be confused with a neg. Remember that you can't easily convey sarcasm when you're chatting/emailing/etc.. You were ok until you insulted her.
You could make a new opener that involves CLEARLY untrue statements, like:

Also using the word "marry" in your profile may be dangerous, as some people expect to find their future husband/wife online. She very well may have thought you were serious.
Don't start negging/teasing until you have built some comfort, and certainly don't insult her or it's over. Even if she's moody, she's a woman so that's normal.
