So i have been getting into tinder recently and wondering if people used lines or just general opening and what has had best success rates

So I'm recently single and of course have found myself on Tinder. I have experimented with a few openers that have worked quite well.

I find if you can make it personal it seems to be better than a 'hey how are you?'
I look at their pictures or statement and try and reply to that.

One girl had a picture where she was sticking her tongue out so I said 'Don't stick your tongue out at me we've only just met.' This worked well and we were immediately having good banter.

If they have nothing but an age displayed I sometimes open by asking if that's their actual age. I guess they want to defend themselves and want to know if they look older or younger. I've also asked 'What's the deal with you? Your profile is open to interpretation because you've left it blank.'

I'm still experimenting myself and probably have an 80% reply rate so if you find any other good openers let me know.

I get replies usually asking "whys that" I normally make some comment about it been quiet in my area with few matches and they seem to like it....

Tried another one a few times:

'It's over between us'

They reply something like 'what?' or 'lol' or 'how can it be over if it never began'

I then say: '(girls name) please, don't make this harder than it already is. You knew what this was from the start'

If they've replied to the first one then they'll reply to this. Then you can take it anywhere you like depending on what the girl gives you back. You could say you'll give them another chance if they'll change.

I'll have to try this. I don't use tinder but I think negging would work well.

Ask them harmless questions "do you prefer mustache or beard?" " if you man had to have one but not both, would you say hairy face or hairy chest?" ect ect


I do a lot of openers with poems. "Can I read you a poem I wrote?" "can I write you a poem?" "I wrote you a poem (ryhme some goofy lines)" Girls are suckers for the romantic stuff so they will usually give me a chance to recite something and I almost always try to make it a joke.

"Are you a fake blonde?"

IDK man this is just stuff off the top of my head and none of it really sounds that solid as I read it but i'm going to post it anyway
