She's quite sceptical and wants to find out more about me before it feels safe to meet. Among the information she considers important is what I study or do for a living. Should I reveal that?

tell her you're a cigarette lighter repairman or something. I thought that line was bullshit and I used it and the girl actually ate it up and was like
"yeah right! I would just buy a new lighter"
"but then I would be out of business, you better make enough to support the both of us"
and as far as how many girls you've met, how many girls HAVE you met?
just say a couple and then leave it at that
