First time posting (definitely not the last), this thread really caught my eye...

I've spent the past few days reading many posts, guides, etc on being a PUA...

A little background:

I just turned 18 years old and I'm a senior in high school...the HB 9 I'm trying to talk to just turned 16 years old which makes her a sophomore.
Anyways I decided to go ahead and try this on the HB 9, who is MY close friend's cousin. (they're not really cousins, but they're really good family friends...my close friend is a HB 10 and her friend is definitely a HB 9 )

The HB 10 told me that I should talk to the HB 9 because she would really like me and the HB 10 would hook me up with her so I said ok...

I decided to try talking to her on Facebook first, after seeing this thread, before the HB 10 said anything to her though.

First, I added her on Facebook and she accepted the same day...The next day she 'liked' one of my profile pictures of my car...After this, I decided to poke her and I got a poke back the same day...so today I messaged her but I couldn't tell if she was just being polite or she was actually interested.

(Friend Request -> IOI -> Poke -> IOI -> Message -> IOI -> Facebook Chat -> IOI -> F-Close)

Anyways, I got her BlackBerry Messenger PIN number out of this whole thing. (FYI: This is a 'phone messenger' for BlackBerry users only. Each BlackBerry has a unique PIN and you need to accept someone's friend request, in which they can only invite you if they have you're PIN. Basically like MSN lol)

Ohh, and one last thing before the conversation...From looking at her profile I saw that her birthday was one day after mine and I tried to incorporate that

I am using the method on a HB9 I already met. When meeting here (we spent the day at a music festival with a mutual friend of ours) I wanted to sarge, but there's quite an age difference, so I didn't move in that day. Now she added me on fb so I started this routine.

I can't poke random people on facebook...the poke option isn't there...

seems like a useful technique, thanks for sharing im definetly going to try this out. my only question is what do you say if you poke her and she says "do i know you?" or "have we met?".

It seems that it has become impossible to poke unknown people.
