I've always been the type of person who can go up and talk to anyone for any reason. I am not really a natural with women, but more of a natural with people in general. It's been a while since I've tried to hit on women. I've always had the attitude where if I talk to someone I do, if I don't, I don't. That's worked well for me. Now I've studied some PUA material and I feel like I'm making an effort now, which killed my 'whatever' attitude. For the first time in years, I lost the balls to go up to someone last night. How can I make an effort, while still having my attitude? Or should I ditch that attitude and just say I'm a man and I'm hitting on you?

Ironically, I finally said fuck it tonight is a waste and sat at the bar with a beer. Some girl came up to me and I ended up fucking her in the bathroom. She was only a 7 but I didn't complain considering I thought I failed.

Your ability to get up and talk to anyone was probability one of the most important skills you had. If you're new to pickup, and were able to fuck an HB7 in a bathroom, odds are you're not so much an AFC. All you need to do is integrate SOME of the pickup material and theories into your game, not all of it. You probably just want to integrate negging, push/pull for the HB8+s, and KINOing.
