I have terrible AA for day game, so today I decided to finally do something about it.

I read about forced rejection (getting yourself rejected) as apparently you don't feel as bad if you weren't trying.

When I was running today I saw a REALLY hot girl carrying some shopping bags.

I stopped running and said:

Me: excuse me
HB: yes
ME: il make a deal with you, il carry your bags if you give me a piggy back"
HB: *giggled* sorry no you look a bit heavy
ME: how about your number?

I didn't get the number and neither did I expect it, I had been running for about 3 miles, was sweaty, red in the face and probably stunk!!!

Either way though I didn't really care, and I'm more likely to try day game again :-)

I don't think that just getting forced rejected is a solution to AA. It can be a solution. But it all depends on the individual. It depends on 'Why rejection bothers you'. If you have AA because you think that after getting rejection people will start laughing at you, forced rejection will proof you the opposite and therefore can get you rid from AA. On the other hand, if you belief that if you get rejected you are ugly and have no value, then a forced rejection only confirms what was scaring you and your AA will grow stronger. In this case, you should first change your belief that your value as a person depends on what 1 random girl thinks of you and then go get forced rejections.

Went out with a few guys yesterday and went day gaming, opened a few girls. Didn't do very well as still doesn't feel natural to me. Went out in the night though and my night game is solid :-)

Of course, but it helps you because the reason you got AA is counter attacked by the exposure and rejection. When I started with game my beliefs were that all girls should like me and if 1 girl didn't like me, that would mean I was worth nothing. So I did a bootcamp, they pushed me into sets and what happened ? I got rejected and I took it so personally that I lost ALL my confidence and it took me months to regain it again.
