has anyone had good results LONG-TERM on tapping and EFT?

because I tried it for few weeks, then later on for another few weeks and I dont think it helped much.

Well I've had, when I was starting out I used tapping for around 2 months and then I started to use less and less of it until I didn't feel anxiety around anything... Which kinda bored me so then over time I created myself a REALLY fun and sometimes almost too energetic personality :lol:.

Tapping really works and it helps you. Just do it the right way:

1.Close your eyes and stand up in a quiet room and know the right tapping spots.
2.Imagine something in your mind that causes yourself somekind of emotion that you want to get rid of.
3.While feeling that emotion, start tapping, focus on your words and repeat the sentence twice on the same tapping spot.
