This is not my technique, but I'd thought I'd share it in case someone hasn't heard it before. The idea that giving up wanking will increase your sex drive and therefore give you the motivation you need to pick up girls. It may even help other areas of your life, for instance work.

Anyways, I'm giving it a shot (no ironic pun intended)
