I recently made connection with a girl over a facebook dating app.. We live just a few kms awy from each other, had a good talk getting to know each other online through facebook.
We caught each other on facebook and was throwing messages across about whats she into, her recent diploma advancement, etc.. Shes into rock climbing which i am also(indoor), she does free climbing not hardcore just basic climbing.
I said i would interested to give free climb a go up in a local mountainside with her one day... We have a few good things in common...
We had a good 30 min chat about our weekends just gone and arranged the first date...
Our first date went pretty good, just a drink and a bite to eat at a conveinient local pub/resteraunt just general getting to know each other, what we like to do and future endevours!.
This girl is an 8, attractive,energetic, has goals and really open.. Definate IOI , were the preening of the hair, refreshing her lipstick in front of me, leaning forward in conversation,hands close on the table but not touching. Always smiling..
As she has moved to Australia when she was 10(from Poland) shes 33 and more an ozy.. I was busting her at the date saying she has lost a point for not having a sexy polish accent, it made her laugh... I look for a good sense of hunour in a girl..
A big deal breaker for me i have learned if a girl does most of the talking and doesnt really ask many questions about YOU shes not that into you, but this girl asked all about me and my work interests,future plans... so it seems as shes quite keen.. she even posted on HER facbook page saying, ''kool first date, thanks Gavin.''
It was tuesday eve for the date,(now weds eve) and just looking for advice for ideas for a second date to vamp things up to escalation and getting her attraction and more??
Only hint of sex chat was online when i was due to have a day off RDO and said i would send her a pic of me sipping on a cold beer while she was working, to her reply was , ''A Naked pic? LOL, just joking.
My reply, '' You want a naked pic do you and we havent even met yet!!''
Her reply, '' haha maybe one day''
We left the date with just a kiss on the cheek and a pretty long hug... As it was her bithday and her graduation for a diploma instead of just buyer her a drink i thought i would be different and just get a simple,
Congratulations card with, well done and heres to the next step!! Which she was really taken back, which seemed to get a good response..
I said i wouldnt normally do the card thing on a first date, but as it was her birthday recently and just passed her diploma as we seemed to have hit it off before we even met i thought it would be an idea!!!
Went payed for each others meals and just bouth her a few drinks...
Im certainly not cheap and willing to get her dinner on a second date if dinner is an appropriate second date?
I would oviously like to tap into her sexual side and see how keen she is and pointers to keep conversation flowing whilst gaining her interest without repeating first date convos?? Shes busy throw saturday/night, sunday arvo but maybe a slot for friday but not sure if this is too soon after first date?
WHEN should i contact her, most people say 2 days , thanking them for the date and hope to do it again,blah blah, but dont we do that anyway when we part on the first date!! We did so its already been said..
I feel if there are signs shes very interested one should strike while the irons hot, but maybe im totally wroing with this??
