Hey guys first post here!

I have a couple of inner game issues holding me back and would love some advice, this originates from being bullied at school. Since school I have came on leaps and bounds in all aspects of my life but still have a couple of problems.

1: i assume groups of people at work etc look at me negatively and dont want me to join. What should my mindset be like to overcome this shyness?

2: I have turned meeting girls down who live near incase I see the guys who bullied me a tschool as I dont want them to make me look low value. How would u react to them in that situation if atall? And should I actually care?
