Look I live in Belgium and I have a brown skincolor, I've never been arrested and I have a reputation for being a social friendly person. I want to sarge in clubs, the problem is 90% of the times they won't let me in. I'm always well dressed, and they always give me a stupid excuse while they let white colored guys without girls in the club. Last time I went to the club with 3 girls , they said: the girls can come in , you cannot. I asked : why? They gave me a your a not a member here, so I show them my membercard and then they start ignoring me, so I decided to bounce with the girls some place else.

Who has some tips to deal with these kind of situations?

I don't know about there but some clubs/bars here are open during the day as restaraunts/chill out bars. Get friendly with the bouncers/management then or go when it's early to have a chat with the bouncers before it gets busy.

You went out clubbing with 3 girls? And you talk like if you have issues?

I've studied in Leuven Belgium during an Erasmus program. I really didn't saw much racism. I'm white and foreign and I never had a single problem in getting to any club.
The night was great with many people from everywhere. I did picked up a LOT while being there. Most of the pick ups were actually done outside the clubs where people and HB use to hang out.
So that's not really an excuse to not pick up.
Sure racism sucks but this is not human rights forum for you to complain about.
Grow some balls and don't be an AFC and go pick up somewhere else. you can do it.

Some bouncers are real assholes though.

look man, don't take it personally, sometimes it is not about the bouncers, it's about the management of the clubs and who they want in and who they don't want in, it's not a game of favourites it's really simple, there will be a neiche that they let in, depends on the club and the management as to what that neiche is, sometimes you only stop letting people in once the club is at capacity, sometimes you don't let people in who are dressed poorly, sometimes it is about dress style rather then being dressed poorly/well (example rocker bar = only let rockers in), sometimes you don't let in guys that are by themselves, sometimes you don't let in people who are considered unattractive, sometimes it has to do with age, sometimes it's about height, and unfortunately sometimes it could be racially motivated, don't take it personally, they are just doing their job, and the attitude comes with the job, do you know how retarded drunk people get when you tell them they have to leave?, no translates to yes to alot of guys especially when they have been drinking, you learn that the easiest way to deal with difficult people is either ignore them, or be more blunt, sometimes this can make you out to look like an asshole, but if you are nice to everyone you will have 20 annoying dudes comming up to you a night begging to get in no line no cover, pretending they are your friend, when you have never met them before in your life, it sort of makes you feel jaded towards the people clubbing after a while

every club in belgium can't be racist, and just like the gift mentioned, if there is a way for you to get into the club when it is not ''prime time'' then you could attempt to get to know all the staff, if you make a good impression this could not only get you in, but in some cases get you in, no line, no cover

not only this, but have you ever tried to grease your way in? (bribe)
