Vancouver men (not all) tend to be shy to approach women. I figure this is a huge plus for any of us going out and day and/or night game. We got a greater surplus because of less competition. I've had many girls I've stopped on the street tell me, "Oh my God, why don't more men in Vancouver approach women? Why are they so shy?" We've got so many possibilities out there!
