that's winnman as in "a win-win situation" which means when you're out gaming with me or any other wing(s),
our goal is to create d.s.h. "dynamic social homeostasis" (??lookitup)
in short, whoever you are talking too (female or wing or everybody in general) must have a sense of a win-win in regards to "socially aligning " with you, me, us, etc.

*dynamic social homeostasis: The state of perfect balance all social animals seek to achieve between
protecting themselves from and aligning themselves with others.

*social alignments: Friendships and other relationships formed by people to improve their chances of
survival
