I've read, listened to, and watched the material, but I'm just not getting it. I'm hoping that I can watch someone in action and learn by observing. I would really appreciate any real-world help I can get.

The best way for any member to learn is to go out there and do it you can read every pick up artist book in the world, and you can watch the master of the game run the smoothest tightest game you have ever seen. All of that will be useless unless you go out there and figure out how you like to game girls.
