I work with a lot of guys helping them with inner game, if you want to call it that. No amount of patterns, DHV spikes or routines will ever help you with your inner issues, even by sleeping with 20 hot women.

Here is what I find with a lot of men. They learn the game and go out and start to pick up women and they get obsessed with it. They do it all the time and it takes over their life. They are constantly trying to fill a void in their life and society has told them that women is this answer.

OK here is where we run into problems. Women will never make you feel good about yourself long term. Once you feel good about yourself and really enjoy your life, then people are attracred to you!

I work with a lot of men who have slept with 50+ women and they still aren't happy. They have realised that they can sleep with hot women and yet they still aren't happy, so what else more is there in life?

Getting lots of women to sleep with you is like winning the lottery. Yes it is amazing to statr off with, but then reality kicks in. Money doesn't solve your real problems, much like sleeping with hot women. Most people who started off broke and won the lottery are very likely to be fincially worse off within 2 years than before the win. Why? because people always put their happyness outside of themselves and rely on something else to make them feel good. When they realise that this isn't the answer then the world becomes a very depressing place.

Have a watch of this video, he is a guy who was bad with women and all social situations. I was able to find the issues that he had and helped him to fix them with amazing results.
