Location: London | | Its probably to late, but might be use full tip for others.
I think biggest place would be Trafalgar Square and clubs around ( Cheers is pretty good ).
If you're really brave and willing to pickup during day then going to North London Wood Grean is good place to go. There's plenty of East European womens, especially nice Polish girls and most of them are good English speakers.
