Hi Jackal and every one else.
I think the problem here is that people feel that your strategy towards pick up is not a normal one.
Saluting and using Sir as you have described as a military style so that people will respect you and do as you say isn't what people actually call respect. I think it would be better if you proved to people that you can actually do it yourself and then people would respect you and go into sets and trust what you say because you have proven you can do it.
Enforcing rules, terms and other things like saying you better perform or you are out is not helping people in any way. If you are trying to help people you wouldn't just kick them out like a wet dog!
I am not having a dig here Jackal but there are a lot of people on this forum and a lot of people are rubbishing your way doing things and laughing reading about the stuff you post. They all can't be wrong and you are right. You have to look at the word success and see the different degrees of it.
If you kick a ball at the goal 100 times eventually you will get it in the net but wouldn't you rather kick the ball and have it at least go in 9 times out of 10
Try and see the posiitives in this and maybe it will help you recruit more people rather than recruiting bad camments and publicity.
