Becoming good with the girls isn't hard at all, its just being persistent about something what you want to accomplish.
- "Persistence: Get it done or die trying."

These are some pointers which are really important to my eyes when trying to become succesive with the girls:
Ambition, passion, confidence, productivity, social, discipline, spontanious, intellect, knowledge, wisdom, persistence, respect.

These arn't even pointers to become succesfull with women, its actually becoming succesfull in life. What my advice is to gain all these pointers is

1. Get a job or go to school, preferably both.
2. Have an ambition
3. Find something your passionate about
4. talk with everyone when the chance strikes, men, women, girls, boys, grandma's, grandpa's. Take every oppertunity to strike a onversation
(5). To me going to the gym boosts up your confidence and keeps you in shape, its good for you health too and has a lot of other benefits.

got any steps you want to add? feel free to add them

Awesome. I do this, but I don't think I've ever seen it suggested on this forum. Nice work.

Yes, the first ones are a given, everyone should have passion and ambition or else they are kind of boring.

#4 relates to social momentum. You build social momentum on a smaller scale, such as through each and every day. If you don't talk to anyone all day (like I do at my student job), and try to go out at night, it can be more difficult than if you built momentum and talked to many different people.
Then there is momentum on a larger scale, your entire life. This is essentially your social skills as a whole and you can only keep improving them day by day.

You don't even have to start conversation with every single person, just acknowledging them and saying hi with a smile is much much better than someone who is a hermit and won't even make eye contact, I come across those sometimes.
