How do you deal with girls who shut you down everytime?
Example:
Me:Blah blah blah(cant remember what I said)
Her: Bite me!
Me: Thats definitly going to cost you extra for what you paid for
Her: HA! I never hired you
Me: Shhh keep it on the downlow! I prefer this conversation to be private and secluded its VIPs only here!
Her: Are you high?

Heres an exmaple of how I got shutdown by these difficult women, any advice on what I can do to improve this?

Don't buy into her frame. As hobbit said, if you're actually answering her questions, you're doing it wrong. YOU want to be the one leading the interaction. For example, maybe something like

Her: Are you high?
You: Are you offering me drugs? What are you some kind of dealer?
Her: No, I...
You: Hey guys! Did you hear this, ____ over here is trying to sell me crack!
Her: haha no I was just...
You: OMG you were gonna drug me up to take advantage of me!
Her: lol all I said was...
You: I mean Jesus! I've been in here 5 minutes and already some guy's hit on me, the bouncer tried to throw me out, and now some crazy crack girl is throwing rocks in my face! ...

and so forth.

What you're doing here is:

1. Controlling the frame and leading the interaction
2. Absurdifying what she says until it becomes a ridiculous joke
3. Using social pressure to make HER blush and feel embarrassed in front of her own friends
4. Making it look like SHE's hitting on YOU

Your improvising off the cuff in this way will take practice, and it helps to be in a positive mindset in a good state. If you can't think if the "perfect" most hilarious thing to say, the best thing to do is just IGNORE anything negative she says and just change the subject and move on.

C#F is good, but I don't think going absurd is a good idea.

Imagine for a second that you're a girl in a nightclub(at least try imagining). You spent last 2,5 hours putting on make-up, and now some dude comes to you and starts talkking in a way as if he comes from a movie or smth.

I'd think that he either is high or drunk, and them smiling at you actually means them laughing at you.

The thing is that it seems to me many forget that women don't come into club looking for a superman with a super C#F line, for everything she says, and never answering questions.

Answering with a question to a question is good but keep some logic in what you're saying for God's sake!

Donig what Blonde and Hobbit works. I've done it and it's pretty good. Recently, I've tried doing something else though.

Her: (Some of them have the balls to say it to your face, so she will get closer and say it)
You: What was that? *Get very close to her face. Brush her face with yours. Pretend your gonna kiss her, etc*
Her: *Shuttups and usually thinks what's going on? Am I being hit on... omg!*
