Im not sure if this is considered as confidence or not but I believe this is something we all need to do. Tonight some AFC took off with my little brothers gf for 1 hour, my little brother got upset and went emo to his room. I didnt end up punching the guy out(which I should have done) but I spoke up for what I believe in (guys taking off with other peoples gf at night drunk). All my life Ive listened and spoke for other people and other people have done the same for me, now Ive realised we all need to speak about whats right and what we believe in. By speaking up for yourself you will gain an incredible amount of confidence(It worked for me, hopefully for you too). Dont be scared people this is inner game stuff, after a while youll pick up your left nuts subconsciously :P

Cheers Dilaks

You're right, confident people speak up for themselves and voice their opinions. I know I do (gets me in trouble sometimes lol).

No, you shouldn't have punched the guy in the face, and no disrespect meant, but I hope you kicked your little brother in the ass for going all emo and heading to his room.

After realising him as an AFC in my eyes I had to tell him man, I told him to go back out side man up, look the guy in the eye and talk to him. Although I did miss out on the chance to say "Dont say sorry to him", even though you might get into trouble sometime you still stuck by your beliefs and morals doing so will improve other flaws you have..

Flaws:
Courage, inner strength, beliefs, morals, honor, dignity, pride, respect...
It can also be a DHV to girls when they see you have these traits, they start to see you more then just an average guy
