60 Years of Challenge just prepared this pdf about Micro-escalation for free so there's no problem if I post it here. The pdf is directly from his site, and it's based on his ideas that he posted about in 2008 and on.

I've had a scan through it just now. It's great, but nothing new. I think for people who are not familiar with similar ideas, or who have trouble in this area, it will be a godsend if applied right.

Similar to a method I developed which I call "pinging" or the pinging k-close.

At the end of the day though, I find nower days most kisses just come as natural extensions to an interaction, rather than a specific milestone. And I think that's how it should be. If this natural extension is broken down and analysed, though, it would probably look a lot like this micro-escalation stuff.
