Ok I'll admit it I joined this forum to learn how to pick up girls but since then it has taken an interesting twist, my focus at present its not 100% centered on picking up girls

Ive reached a point where I want to be so happy, so comfortable and content with myself and who I am. At this point in life I value social skills as probably one of the biggest assets I could possess and it almost seems ironic that to aquire this knowledge I need to learn to pick up women which, is second on my agenda, my long term goal is to get so good at PU that i can choose who I want to be my wife instead of settling for whatever comes my way as 95% of my mates have done

So if this is what I have to do to get to that next stage in my life then what the hell am I waiting for, who wants to come sarging!

I think that the last line you wrote "who wants to come sarging" says it all. I have been workin at this for some years now and one of the things people consistently say is to find the guys who r good with girls and hang around them, learn from them. Naturals become naturals because they have a solid group of friends who all share the same kind of confidnce and enthusiasm for life. I 100% agree that its not about the women as much as people think. To be good with women, we first need to be good with guys, we need to be one of the boys n be comfortable being in that mind state at all times. I mean the last 4 years ive worked at a park with 20 guys btwn 20-25 and the ones who get all the girls are the ones who have the best friends. They always have confidence, always have good stories to tell and get real good at doin the little things like "exagerating" and comin up with funny ways and words to describe things. All of these things keep girls interested and keep em guessing. Also with this group of friends around you at a bar, it brings girls towards you because they feel their energy. It is really hard to try and break into one of these groups, as most of them have grown up together and are redicliously comfortable with each other. But my best advice, try![/quote]

it's the same for me.
picking up girls is 1 aspect of pua for me.
that's why i'm really going to try and learn aloth of inner game.
