I'm on David DeAngelo's mailing list, and today I got a newsletter which said something that really caught my eye. In it it said "Look at little boys dealing with little girls when they are playing together. They boss them around, make them play by their rules and those girls grow up expecting men to lead them. Just watch any John Garfield or Lee Marvin movie. Leaders get the girl, wussies get to be used and discarded."

It's somewhat of an eye opener, and an easy reference for some people to remember how to act with women. I'm sure a lot of people already know this, or even get the letter and read it themselves. But I still felt like this would be something helpful for some to hear.

Also, was watching X-Men last night, realized that Wolverine is a great example of an Alpha male. He also did a little bit of C&F work in the movie. Watch the movie, and if you've already seen it, which is highly likely, re-watch it to really get it in your head. At one point, when Wolverine was being put in for a cat scan or something by Jean Grey, he says "Couldn't wait to get me shirtless again, huh?" So Wolverine does a good job at showing some AMOG and C&F in the movie.

Was talking to a friend earlier who's a girl. We talk a lot about what attracts girls and stuff, and she mentioned how the other day she was making out with this guy, and she stops and asks "What do you want me to do?" and mentioned to me how most guys would say "Whatever you want." The guy she was with said "How about some head?" She did it eagerly and happily, and was turned on by his willingness to take charge and say what he wanted.

Also, finally, I'd recommend watching the movie "The Tao of Steve." Good movie for watching a good pickup artist in action. Similar to Hitch in a way. Anyways, that's all I have to say. Have fun with it.

This is good advice, actually.

Nice guys simply think it's 'too sleazy' to tell a girl what he wants. As long as you don't say something like "lets fuck" as soon as you meet them, they LOVE a man taking charge in the bedroom.

Plus, if you've already had sex, you might as well go nuts. In fact last night I told this girl I'm seeing that I wanted a blowjob next time we see each other.

Take charge and be a MAN! Don't apologise for your desires! Send your girl a dirty txt every now a and then. I did this the other night and she said it was totally hot.

Also, another tip that was pointed out to me by a girl who I was talking to that she said she really loved and I didn't even realize it all that much. We were texting, and I was busting on her about how it's so creepy that she dreams about me all the time, and probably even dreams about me more than she admits, and how I've never had a dream about her. And how it must feel really pathetic(while this might sound like insults, she could tell I was messing with her). She said "Whateverr D:" and then I responded "But it's okay, because if I could have you in all my dreams I would. (:" Later that day she mentioned how she really likes it when I'm randomly nice, and just take that little break from teasing her all the time, even though she loves it when I make fun of her.

It was just a reminder, that it's not wrong to ever be nice and caring to a girl. It's not okay to smother them in it, but when you just say something nice once in a while it reinsures them that you do actually give half a damn about them. So yeah, 90-95% C&F, teasing, all that. 5-10% doing a unexpected sweet gesture.

I totally agree. Girls love when men take charge and take the pressure off of us. Being thrown on the bed is hot.

And this extends outside the bedroom too. If I'm at a bar and a guy asks me "so what do you want to do?" I'm bored. If he just grabs my hand and leads me to another bar, I'm intrigued.
