| 1. Baptise yourself.
Buy yourself new clothes and get a NEW haircut at a DIFFERENT hairdresser, set yourself so that your image changes for the better.
Then go have an experience, whether that is a weekend trek in the wilderness by yourself. Or joining a badass MA gym or sports club that will push you further than ever. Going sky-diving, going kayaking for a day or two.
The key is to do something dramatic, memorable and positive to mark the occasion.
When you come back, wear those new clothes and get that new haircut.
Use this as a modern age, coming of age ritual. Use it as a corner stone to mark the birth of the new you.
It will renew your confidence, drive and give you a sense of purpose and identity which is what is needed for success.
2. Get rid of your baggage.
If you have been rejected, dumped, screwed over in your past social and romantic life. You need to get over this, if not your focus in PU will be in all the wrong places.
Do whatever you can to come to terms with your negative feelings, visualisations. Getting in touch with loose ends, to say sorry or maybe get some explanations. Journal negative feelings.
It may be uncomfortable at first to do this, but start with a clean slate and you will thank yourself x months down the line.
3. Quality time.
Like most things in life, excersise, diet, learning a new language you are only going to get "really" good if you show some dedication.
So while you want to improve it may be worth setting aside the next month or two to focus on PU.
