I'll try to keep this brief and to the point, but I'm really interested in knowing how others feel about what I say here in this thread.

For just over a month I have been actively trying to increase my PUskills. I'd say I've made great success (much easier time dealing with women - always get iois now, few #'s and even an F close to note). This is fantastic and I'm loving every moment of it. I'm almost TOO into it as i have hundreds if not thousands of pages to read (lots of DL'n) and a few hours of audio / video to catch up.

Anyway, back to this post.. I've noticed that all my gaming skills have also increased my social interactions with guys. I'm not gay, not even bi.. so dont misread me here, but it seems that MUCH of the routines that are used on women can be used against men (im not talking about reading palms here, but negs, cocky funny shit, DHV'n and so forth). This is probably summed up as being 'alpha,' but i found it surprisingly effective.

Case in point, I was out last night and working on building up my social proof - didnt know 1/2 the people at this small 10 person party. While dealing with this other guy who was completely new to the group (only knew 1 girl) i noticed he was trying to 'out alpha' (right term? no clue...) me by dismissing my shit. I bust out a wicked neg, something to the extent like well you are from Ontario (dif province in canada) so we dont really care what you think. Then I decide to shut down the convo between him myself and this girl (the chick he new) - i figured this would work like a 'freeze out' [if you dont talk nicely / enjoy my stories, then i dont want to talk to you].

Anyway, the amazing thing was that 40 minutes later or whatever I come back from the restroom and sit down on the couch. The guy is there and before I can even try and break into the conversation the guy is all up on me (he isnt gay either.. dont assume that ). He's my new best buddy... wtf? It was at this point that i realized, or began believing that using game against guys has a similar effect. No, he wasnt attracted to me and no he didnt want to sleep with me, but the change in his attitude towards me was HUGE.

Has anyone else seen / experienced anything similar to this? Again, i realize homophobic people might want to call these statements blasphemous, but l'd appreciate a serious reflection on this matter.

Yes, many PUAs use psychological attraction rather than sexual attraction until enough comfort is built.
It can be used on anyone, your boss, your teacher, your kids, your employees. There is no sexual tension, it's psychological.
Btw, "out alpha"'s correct termination is AMOG: Alpha Male of the Group.
What you just did was prove to the guy you had higher value than he did and that you had rules. You also invited him into your reality.
Alpha characteristics.. so he is a beta to you.

It's a phenomenal discovery imo and had to be shared... it definitely changes social interaction.

As I mentioned, I'm still relatively new to this, but am making huge strides.

When your game gets better your social skills and ability to handle everyday problems get better too. It is not gay at all. The AMOG you met tried to establish a social structure with himself at top. When you did not allow it he followed you instead. Its just like dogs. They all fight for the leadership until one wins and then the others follow without hesitation. The mentality of AMOGs is often if you cant beat them join them. I hate that mentality myself but others are welcome to use it since it helps my game.

Soon you will see the structure of the game in all situations, from business to dealing with officials and at parties.

I look forward to this. I can't say I'm entirely shocked by this observation, except in that how successful the strategies usually employed to 'seduce' women - very arguably what most people within this forum are trying to learn - are actually just as successful, if not more so, when used in other social situations.

Using PUskills within a business setting would be something I would want to see. I have no doubt it would work like a charm.

PUA is basically a simulation of being Alpha (a simulation which, eventually becomes so embedded that the only reason it isn't truly being alpha is that you think of all the tricks, know why they work and use the same lines and routines numerous times), so it stands to reason why these tricks work in other situations - you run game, which puts you at the top of the hierarchy and makes you a desirable person - a leader.

In a business situation it shows that you are a successful person and are a good person to invest in, it allows you to lead subordinates and it allows you to establish boundaries that mean that you get a good deal.

The leaders of a society are successful because the same qualities which make them a leader in one field make them a leader in most fields and, in those where they aren't the leaders due to a lack of skills or knowledge, due to their competence they have the confidence to ask for help and learn the skills they need.
