Hey guys

Just want to let you know about a free talk I am giving on 15th July in Highgate. This talk is not about pick up, it is about how the mind works in relation to weight loss. I am going to be talking about how people set and achieve goals, why instant results will always fail and how to identify your own patterns of behaviour and modify them.

It isn’t about pick up but a lot of what I am going to be talking about can be related to the subject. This isn’t a selling event, I am going to be recording it to sick up on my website.

The venue is also small and with a limited amount of seats. They are free but they need to be reserved in advance. To do so please drop me an email at matt@realworldhypnotherapy.com with your name, email, phone number and number of seats you want (max 4).

The talk will be on Highgate on Thursday 15th July, starting at 7pm and lasts about an hour or so. Useful for people who want to lose weight or to make any other changes in their lifestyle.
