Disipline is what separates a great person from an avarage/not-great person. Disipline is what separates sucees from failure. In other words, if you are willing to put your mind 100% into something, and do all you can to achieve your goals, you will excel above the rest. Think of sucessful footballplayers, they weren't born better than the avarage person. In fact, some of them like Lionel Messi, were borned with "handicaps" (low height is a handicap in football in most cases). He's below 170cm but that doesn't stop him from becoming World Footballplayer of the Year. How did he acheive such a remarkeable prize? Yes, trough hard work and EXTREME disipline.

It doesn't matter whether you're black, white, yellow or red. It doesn't matter whether you're lower than Messi or higher than Paris Hilton. You all have the ability to become athletic, rich, famous or whatever you seek. All of you have the ability to get in great shape and attract women. The only thing stopping you is yourself! You need take control over your life, and i'll give you a headstart:

1. AWAY WITH EXCUSES
Your plan was to train this morning, but somehow you ended up home watching some stupid TV-program? You thought "I'll do it tomorrow" or "I've had a tough week, I'll just relax today and do it some other day." FUCK OFF WITH THAT SHIT. Next time you convince yourself to be lazy, think of what you tell yourself. You miss the opportunity to improve yourself, and rather choose to eat pizza and drink beer. You realize this is wrong? Next time you plan on doing something (train, do homework, visit your friend who lives 2 hours away, go to the store not drive etc.) DO IT, and don't come up with excuses. No matter how you spell it, your excuse is "Im too lazy!!!"

2. AWAY WITH THE LAZINESS
Once you have learned to attract a women, you will try to do it more and more and more. Once you have fucked you will try to attract women more so you can be fucking more and more and more. This happens to be the truth in other areas of your life as well. When you have becomed unegative with relaxing, you'll do it more. When you're not using your muscles, they will be weaker. The more you stagnate, the more you deteriorate. I tell you, if you get rid of that laziness, you will become MUCH MORE ATTRACTIVE. I promise.

Just as you guys can't move from the sofa, there are some people who can’t sit down and take a break. These people are in the habit of working hard, pushing themselves and keeping active. Being lazy defies their nature. They don’t collapse from exhaustion or moan about aches and fatigue, because their mind and body has adapted to their active lifestyles. In fact, they usually sleep better at night and wake more refreshed than lazy people.

3. TAKE ACTION
Discipline is not something you are born with; it comes with practice. The more you read, the wiser you get. The key to overcoming laziness is to take action. No one is asking you to write a novel by the end of the week, but maybe you could start by reading a chapter or two of a book to get inspiration. It won’t yield any staggering results, but it’s the first step in breaking old habits and forming new ones. You just need a little jump start.

Once you finish a small task pay close attention to that feeling you get afterwards. Unlike that guilty, dejected and lethargic feeling you get after playing computer games or watching TV all day, you should feel a slight sense of achievement and self-control. You may even feel more alert and active than usual. It’s a good feeling that just gets better the more you do. I am assuming that you, like most people, have a bedtime routine in which you wash your face, brush your teeth and change into your bed clothes. Not many people see it as a duty or feel that it infringes on their time. That’s because it is a learned habit. With practice, you can feel the same way about completing important tasks, self-improvement and working towards your goals.

4. THE GOLDEN CHECKLIST
Before you even think of it... it's not girlish to have a book writing down things "to do." If you use a computer regulary you can use a word-doc, if not, buy a small notebook. Every night, write a list of what you plan to do the next day. If you manage to complete all task over a week (prize yourself with something. New clothes doesn't hurt.) A good thing is to create monthly goals as well. If you're a student this is very helpful!

Resident tasks are those tasks you do every day or every month, and become permanent entries on your lists. On my daily list, for example, I have tasks such as “drink 2 litres of water”, “20 minutes meditation” and “take vitamins”. On my monthly list, I have “pay bills”. Start today, writhe em down.
Quote:
Many people suffer from stress on a daily basis and worry about looming problems they need to face, tasks they need to complete, deadlines they must meet and so on. As a result, the stress weighs heavily upon them, distracts from everything good in their life, makes them irritable and drives loved ones away, and even damages their health. These people pay extortionate prices for stress relief programs, drugs, hypnotherapy, herbs and new age gimmicks.

Completing tasks and facing upto your problems as suggested previously is possibly the best form of stress relief available as it removes the root causes. Afterall, if you complete an important task today, you don’t have to worry about it next week or the week after, and have just saved yourself a week, month or more of stress! Meanwhile, you will be able to concentrate better, your health and mental state will improve, so will your mood and relationships with others, and of course, you will begin to appreciate your free time a lot more, without stress, distraction or guilt.
5. LONG-TERM GOALS
It is essential that you establish what long term goals you are aiming to achieve in as much detail as possible by breaking them down into individual actions. Being disciplined and motivated isn’t going to help you if you don’t know where you are going or what you need to do. Work out what you want to achieve and write down what you would need to do in order to achieve this. It’s no use being vague and writing “I want to be rich” or “I want to be in shape”. You need to work out what actions you can take and break your goal down into smaller tasks.

GOAL: Get in good shape
1 Research how to get in good shape (workout routine).
2a Research god/bad foods
2b Write a productive workout routine
3a Write a productive diet plan
3b Buy equipment or buy a membership where you can train
4a Avoid high fat and high-calorie food
4b Workout 3-4 times a week
Over a period of time, following these steps, you'll get in shape!

Some of your goals can be hard. In example, avoid high fat and high-calorie food. Then make the task smaller.

GOAL: Avoid high fat and high-calorie food
1a Avoid pizza and soda
1b Avoid beer
1c Avoid sugar in cofee

You get it.

;)

Good, but I would call it determination. Discipline sounds so... boring...
