I posted another thread about how I typically engage women for 1 to 2 minutes before closing and try to avoid long conversations. These rules are mostly for day game.. but I'm just as fast with night game unless I plan on taking her home that night.
So basically... I do fast pick-ups and the flake out rate is pretty low so far. I want to explain why I think this works so well and how you guys can use it to save time and energy in the field.
For starters... don't waste time on women with bad energy or who don't want to talk to you. If a woman is not friendly she is not interested (or is a prude or bitch. So good riddance!). Of course you can work on her longer and she MAY losen up.. but I prefer going for women with inital attraction over women I have to con into liking me. Initial attraction trumps "I'm rich by the way" attraction.
I like to ask for directions because it identifies a helpful woman. I'll always open with a very friendly "Hi" or "excuse me". Then I'll ask her: "Do you know if there is a good Steak house around here? I'm meeting friends soon and we need to find a good restaurant".
At this point she will either be very friendly and helpful or she will say "No" and try to end the interaction. This is the point where I make my decision to go further or walk away. If she gives good vibes, smiles and happily tries to help this is very good. At this point I'll start a quick casual conversation like: "So are you from this area? You're really cute
" and see if she is willing to engage me. If she engages me I know I'm in. This is when I cut it short with: "Well, I'm already late to meet my friends. Can you help me with one more thing? I need your phone number so I can convince you to meet me again
."
After you grab her number you can even throw in a quick "If the food sucks you'll here from me!" If you like to neg, but I usually don't.
This entire process takes 1 to 3 minutes tops. Then you are off to meet the next girl!
(Note: Everything above should be done with flirty body language.)
Many believe this is too casual. But its important to remember two things about women:
1. A woman who is not interested in you will not engage you unless its her job or she needs something.
2. Women generally assume a man is sexually interested in them if he makes any attempt to engage her. So there is no reason to be overly obvious.
