1) Approaching. Going after what you want and not ejecting. Being completely real with the other person and just going after what you want. If you see a girl you like, having the confidence to go up to her and meet her. That is half the battle.

2) The other half is coming from a mindset of confidence and conquering yourself and your own insecurities so they don't come to play in your interactions anymore. "I am a good guy, a girl would love to meet me and be happy to date me and sleep with me." If you truly believe this, you can be yourself AND give off a confident state.
