Hey guys. After request from Alpha Lion in the chat about releasing pheromones I decided to write quick post about it.

I will not claim that anything written in this post is scientifically proven, and don't come here giving me shit with your wikipedia discussion. My purpose of writing this post is because this is what I am doing for increasing my horniness and my "release". It works for me. Feel free to share your researches and discuss them, but with a normal tone and not a passiv agressiv one, you are super cool and you don't need to proove it.

Alright.

The first key is to increase your sexual state. Sexual state is similare to your horniness.
After what Gunwitch told me (also explained in the way of gun), testosterons level plays a big role in your horniness.
How to increase testosterone level (quick ripp off from GWM + some adds)
_ Eating healthy.
_ Eat garlic (also to be found as pills... recommended eating a while before meeting a chick!)
_ Working out (I practice Wing Chun, a form of Kung Fu)
_ Stop jacking off essential (I follow mystery's classic sunday jack off only rule but i added the monday aswell!)
_ Excitement
_ Having sex (this also increase the sex drive because of the excitement)

This is a good start.

A sex drive is good. It makes the sex more pleasurable. It gives you more balls, moe energy and a better vibe. Also you will always try to find a way to turn things sexually in field. You also become more persistent.

All good shit.

Now pheromones, as a friend says is releasing by sweating. Since your sex drive is high I think it should affect your pheromones!
Sweating you say? Yes!!!
Old sweat: Stinks
Fresh: doesn't stink.

When you have sex... it's when you release most pheromones!
But it you are also sweating like hell... also it rarely stinks (if yes... get new chicks...)
Sweating in field is a GOOD thing.
On the dancefloor I am litterally dripping of sweat. It helps... and no found it discusting.

Now look, sweat which isn't over 12 hours old... does rarely smell.
Under the armpits.... it takes less time, so don't drop the Deo!!

Also during daygame... you maybe won't sleep. But don't take a shower right before heading out. I usually take my shower 5 hours before heading out. So i allow my body to release and sweat a bit beofre heading out. To allow my clothes to get a taste of my body for 5 hours...
Also i add some cologne right before going out! Good shit!

Haha, legend. I had never actually considered trying to control/use these hormones to our benefit.

True that about stinky sweat.

There is a definite empirically positive relationship between working out and sex drive; started working out again on Sat, then yesterday I wanked twice & had sex (only one session though); dick is knackered.

Yeah agree about stopping jacking off. One of the PUAs in my group, before a big meet, he'll not have sex or wank for a whole week - optimum testosterone according to him. I tried it too, makes you real horny in field which is great.

I don't sweat much unless having sex so not sure how much I could use this. Interestingly, there have been numerous occasions, after laying uni girls - walking out of their halls/dorms/rooms finding my way out, I'll often see another girl like in her dressing gown or something...and she KNOWS that I know that she knows that I know what's just been going down, also I'm messed up and pheromoned up in my sweat and I can see that I can get an instant lay (but am almost always far too knackered to send sargeant schlong to the battlefield once again). This seems is the best application of the pheremone thing I can immediately think off - once you've had sex, going out to sarge right after is often the best time to sarge (except you may lose horniess & become tired), but pheremones are up and you're in an awesome state & abundance mindset.

I think that the organ that recieves pheromone signals is actually not functional in humans. I read it somewhere but dont remember where. Anyways there are as far as I know no scientific studies that can prove the effect of pheromones in humans. Or we would all be wearing them...

it's actually a good idea to run-in-place for a minute (pushups..etc) to sweat a little right after you take a shower, but before you go out. There have been a couple times where the girl smells my torso/chest, i'm like "bitch what do I smell like?" she'll say "mmmmmm.... guyyyy" and just melt.
I like to have a very light sweat scent, but i'm asian so I hardly sweat.

Working out. I do this 3 times a week. Definitely increases testosterone and aggression. Not to mention relieve stress, and release endorphines.

Even if you're a wuss and make excuses for yourself, hit the gym..do a little running/cardio one day. Then the other day do deadlifts and squats. You dont want a huge upper body with no legs.. I do 1:1 for upper/lower

Basically from what I read.. I gathered that if you abstain from ejaculation for 7 days on the 7th day your levels of testosternome will increase by 50%. So sex and jacking off is ok as long as you dont cum.
So mysterys rule is actually a good idea according to this article, but as with everything I read on the internet Im going to try it for myself.
I haven't masurbated or had sex since sunday and Monday is one of my Gym days so im going to see how well I perform next week. If it works im going to switch it to my sarging night (Thursday) so that I have extra levels when im out sarging.

Well, that scientific article was published in one of the not so awesome scientific journals. Like someone handing it out on the street more or less. That doesnt make it untrue though. However, it sounds like more of a periodical thing than a real effect of abstinence. Anyway a 50% increase during one day once a week is not really fantastic. Id rather have sex during the other days and not having to keep a scedule than gain a minimal increase once in a while.

For the muscle bodybuilder stuff... A lot of crap is written on those kind of pages.

Just for peoples information, you are aware that testosterone is not a pheromone but a hormone right?

It seems like a better use of your time to actually learn game...

Hormones stay inside and affect your own tissues. Pheromones are released into the air/water/ whatever habitat you have in order to communicate with other individuals. Just that the human pheromone sensing organ isnt functional anymore, evolution decided that we could do without it...

ZOMG

This is actually hilarious, I was just putting up some old sarging vids from a year ago of myself in field, and there's one of me hitting this two set in McDonalds - so I go in with this 'psychological research on attraction' (Bullshit) theme (because it's an easy entry into NLP/SS patterns using all the senses), and this girl is like "So you wanted to tell us something about Pheremones?" When you've learned game, you want to just focus on other things for the sake of it. I do agree that this isn't an important topic when it comes to laying chicks, not any of the core elements of pick up, but still something interesting!

Yeh Ezo i was aware, it's a masculine steroid hormone, primarily it increases muscle mass, bone structure and hair growth. The reason it was mentioned is because it is closely linked to the pheromone we are talking about (although im not sure what it's called lol) it's the one that get's girls horny.

While I agree this isn't a substitute for having no game, it's definitely a plus to have as many things helping you as possible. Also 50% more testosterone is actually a massive boost if you are competing in an athletic event, thats half of your regular tank added on.

Gonna have to agree with Hobbit on this one.

I think there may be some scientific validity to the whole pheromone idea and that it may increase sex appeal and all that stuff.

But, I also don't think it's a good idea to go down that road and put to much focus on it.

The MINDSET and your inner game, and working out all that stuff is way way more important.

I think it's a waste of mental energy and time to FOCUS on this stuff.

Worry more about inner game, and developing yourself. That's my opinion anyways.

Hahaha this reminded me of the YouTube video "Unforgiveable" for some reason.

Anyway... I don't know much on the whole pheromone debate but it did peak my interest right now. I have no plans on buying pheromone cologne or anything like that, but has anyone here tried it out of curiosity? If so, aside from placebo effect or just a confidence boost, were any true results seen or do you believe pheromones are a waste of time even thinking about?
