Make sure you check out all the sights in those great cities as well as sarge, try not to sleep too much either because London has so many great things to see and do.
Oxford Street I've heard is a pretty good place to sarge, masses of people along the most expensive shopping street in Britain.
I can see it now...
Girl: Wow, you went to all those cities? So did you see the Eiffel tower?
Sharplin: Ummm...
Girl: What about Big Ben?
Sharplin: Not really...
Girl: So what exactly did you do there?!
Sharplin: Sarge.

I could delete this post but then no one would see what I've learned.
Whenever I think of the word sarge I think of trying to get into bed with someone as the ultimate goal. So for me, sleeping witha few randomers instead of sightseeing, for me, would not be the way I'd spend my time.
Instead, in a PM I got today:

If the goal of sarging was altered to learn about the culture as well as practice PU then the trip would be even more beneficial, both in terms of sightseeing, PUA skills as well as engaging with people who actually live in the environment.
I see sarging and fun as two different things - I can talk to anyone but I find it terrifying starting a conversation with strangers that I initiate talking to.
It was also pointed out that I am apparently elitist, that's cool if some want to think that but I'd suggest taking a look at other posters too!
