just don't talk to Romanian Girls about eyes... they are so superstitious, lol. Way back a romanian girl was trying to explain to me about the Evil Eye... don't quite remember exactly what that was by her definition, also something about how you can never trust a man with like I think blue or green eyes... maybe gray too, can't remember... all I know is I was ok, having brown eyes.
The thing about pupil dilating is true... and you will instinctively respond to it from even quite far away. And same is true for the girls if they see you do that. I don't think the advice about pay attention to the pupil size is necessary. You already know, it is a reaction you feel.
Personally I'd say my eye contact is probably my best skill with girls, I've got it pretty much down pat... never really practised though, it is just the way I am. But I'm sure this is one skill that any guy can learn and learn well. It is a way to get her attracted to you before you even speak to her. My pet peeve are the girls who don't even notice you looking, usually because they are drunk and a bit out of it and/or dancing too hard or busy talking to someone. But the funny thing is, often these girls know you were looking and if they see you again in the club the next time, all of a sudden these girls are making serious eye contact. And then you start wondering why is this hottie looking at me like that? ..... ohhhh, yeah... now I remember (duh... better not drink so much next time, lol)
also, I know the prevailing wisdom is you are not supposed to break off the eye contact first. And usually I don't, but when I do it never seems to make the girl lose interest. Usually I'd be breaking it off cause the girl is holding it long and well, I gotta get back to talking to my buddy next to me type thing.
What's with the article seeming to imply being caught checking out a woman's body is a bad thing??
e.g. I was in a restaurant, so sitting down.. babe came in with tight ass daisy dukes... I looked right at her umm.. well snatch area (it was at my eye level). Then I realized what I was doing and stopped it but she definitely caught me looking.
Busted, right? She
kept looking over... the whole meal (unfortunately she was with her boyfriend). Anyhow just an interesting anecdote, but if you do it the right way checking out a girl's bod when talking to/flirting with her doesn't hurt at all
some interesting tips related to eye contact:
- look/stare (whatever you call what you do) at the girl while you are talking to your buddy about her, and make it obvious you are talking about her. You should be talking to your buddy in a "smiling, having a good time" sort of way.
- if you first walk into a club, and notice a hot girl while you are walking by, make eye contact very briefly with her while you are walking (not smiling), then do a
double take... look back at her again. I guess this is one of those things you have to do right, it should look like you are having a natural response to her.
- when you are standing, make eye contact with a very direct side-glance. You are not turning to face her, only your head is.
- look at her imagining her completely naked (but with heels on)... LoL - ok just checking you are awake while reading this
- well who knows, maybe this works too... basically the rule with girls is... you can do or say just about anything, if you do it right.
oh... and if you ever look at a girl across a ways (
without smiling) and she smiles at you... that is gold...
