Lets face the facts. Times are tough, and many of us may be in jeopardy of losing our pathetic minimum wage jobs or at least have management downgrade us to part time. So before the shit really hits the fan and we all end up jobless, homeless, pennyless, and hopeless... we might as well hunt for the best jobs that won't leave us flaccid as well, right?!

Look...most romances don’t occur between two people who meet at a bar or club. The majority of romances occur in the workplace. It makes sense. When you’re spending 4 to 8 hours a day with the same group of people you tend to get close to them. You also tend to start picturing them naked. It’s a fact of life. I learned this lesson my junior year of high school when I took a job at the local supermarket. I wasn’t working there for more than two weeks before I realized that the employees looked at the place like it was a giant night club. Everyone was hooking up. And I mean everyone… from the 16 year old cashiers to the 55 year old Seafood Dept. managers. It was insane...

If you’re in high school I would probably recommend a job in a supermarket for meeting women. But once you graduate high school the quality of girls your age working in a supermarket will greatly diminish. I decided to put together a list of some of the best jobs to meet women at. These are jobs for those of you still in college, those of you still waiting to find your life calling, or those of you just looking to supplement your income with a second job.

The 5 Best Part Time Jobs for Meeting Women

5. Tanning Salon- If you are going to get a job in a tanning salon you want to make sure it is one of the bigger chains with lots of beds. You want to work in a salon that has at least 5-10 other people working there. Chances are they will all be girls. Young girls. All the customers will be girls as well.

A tanning salon is best for someone with a fairly good level of game. There won’t be as many co-workers to choose from, and you will only have a minute or two to interact with customers each time they come in. The benefit is that most likely it will be a small staff of 2 or 3 people working. This means you will have up- close and personal time with any cute chick working there. And most of the customers will be repeat customers coming in weekly. This means you will have a chance to build rapport over time.

4. Barnes and Noble- Barnes and Noble is best for the guy who genuinely likes to read and discuss books. The girls that will work there will more than likely be the hipster intelligent type. These girls may seem kind of nerdy… but they are wild in bed. There will be many female customers roaming the store… but it will be hard to spend a good amount of time hitting on them without pissing off your manager.

Barnes and Noble won’t offer as many hotties working there… but you will have a great opportunity to interact with those who do. If at all possible go for a position in the cafe. The cafe will offer the best opportunity for flirting with customers.

3. Retail Store in a Mall- This job is for those of you under twenty one. And it is perfect for you. If you get a job in a store like The Gap you are bound to be working with adorable little 19 year old hotties. Hotties with a lot of 19 year old friends. The customer base will largely be young girls. Not only will your store have hotties employed in it… but so will every other store in the mall. If you’re working there for awhile you’ll become aware of the girls that work in Hollister a few stores down… the girls who work the counters in the food court… and the girls selling bra and panties in Victoria Secret.

The mall is a Mecca of female talent. You’re game needs to be good… but not great, to enjoy the fruits of your labor. If you establish yourself as the fun party guy you’ll soon be adored by all the Just Graduated High School Hotts. And I ask… Is there a better age group to be adored by? I think not.

2. Waiting Tables in a Restaurant- Can you say social scene in a box? That is was what waiting tables is. It’s an instant social scene. Get a job at chain restaurant like Fridays or Hooters and you will instantly be engulfed in a social scene of 10-20 other like-minded college students looking to get paid, get drunk, and get laid.

You’re game doesn’t have to be good to work the restaurant scene. You’ll work with a mix of college hotties, single moms, and the barely legal high school hostesses. If you’re half way social and present your best self… you’ll get laid. Alot. What makes waiting tables better than the other three jobs on this list? Alcohol. The best part of waiting tables is that it is almost customary to have a drink with your co-workers when your shift ends… and we all know… one drinks turns into three or four.

The only drawback of a watering job is that there is very little chance of scoring with customers.

1. Bartending- This is the Pinnacle of part time jobs. You get the best of all worlds. You will be raking in the cash. You will be banging your co-workers. You will have your pick of the customers. Point blank… bartending is a power job.

Don’t ask me why… but bartenders rank up there with cops for scoring the most ass. What makes bartending so great is that your co-workers and clientele are likely to be just the kind of girls you’re looking for… hot, easy, and they drink! It’s not easy to land a good bartending job at a cool place. But that’s part of the power in achieving it. Working as a bartender in a hip place says “I know important people.”

Any job that makes a nice DHV, pays well is also pretty good. I mean marine biologist sounds pretty DHV to me :P

I remember also a guy posting that he was working in a bike rental booth near the beach in Hawai. Renting bikes to tourists all day, most of which weere girls.

There is no doubt retail stores that hire young people (16 to 21) in malls, but there are also stores than hire "older" people. If you ever been to Nordstrom I doubt you seen many employees under the age of 25. And if you go to a high end mall the age of employees goes up. And if you are "old" like me you would be better off in the higher end stores/malls as it would increase your chances of working along side hot girls in retail.
Uh dude Hooters does not hire male waiters.

That is if you get a bar job at a club or at a happing bar on friday night, and not some hotel bar or the bar where you get the lone depress 50 year old guy at.

I would also add the following to the list of good jobs to get to pick up girls at:

Working at a amusement park
First off amusement parks tend to have large amounts of staff, which means lots and lots of girls to go after. The likelihood of not finding a hot girl at such a place is very very slim. Plus depending on what job you get you get to also get to talk to hot girls that come to the park as well.

Security
Places like clubs, bars, and what have you need security. And so you can get a lot of face time with girls that come to have a drink and/or dance. Plus when the bar/club closes depending on the place you may be asked to walk a female employee to their car. Also if you get a doorman position at a club girls are going to chat you up just to get in the place, so why not take advantage of that.

Theater
This goes for both movie and performing arts theaters. You may not have a lot of girls working there but hot girls would definitely show up. You more than likely won't have much face time with girls in a movie theater so you need solid game. But for a performing arts theater you will be able to have more face time.

All the jobs you listed help with pickup by providing social opportunities. I'd recommend two jobs if you're knowledgeable about the subject and are looking for online jobs:

Marketing - One of the major traits of a successful marketer is the ability to trigger emotions in the target. Sound familiar? PUA and marketing both involve getting people to desire a product, so it's a natural transition.

Freelance writing/blogging - Find something you enjoy writing about and go with it. Great way to make money and have freedom.

Both jobs also can generate passive income--ppc, affiliate marketing, and other venues make money without having to constantly work. Great jobs for the pickup artist.

dog walker
People with dogs are more approachable. Girls will be coming up to you and smiling and you won't even have to do a thing. So if you don't want a dog and the responsibilities that come with it, walk dogs and make cash and meet girls while you do it. If you live in city area, some places let you take your dogs into stores so you can even do this job while you run your errands.

When i asked him if he met many girls there he said no, because most of the time he is just to busy.

I'm a surgical technician, and it's a blast. I can't see myself doing anything else...and even though I work in a high stress job, and the people in my work field are mostly men (except for the RN's), I do find time to talk to some of the hot, new nurses that walk my way. Fact is that you'll find women in almost any job you take, so go for your dreams and don't take this post to heart. If I worked at a tanning salon at the age I am right now I'd be entirely pissed off about my life.

I still think your idea sucks.

People are getting caught up enough in this as is. Turning em into fiends that always want 'the girl'.

All this is is a topic in a forum...nothing else. I didn't once feel as if I was preaching to people that "YOU HAVE TO GET THESE JOBS TO GET WOMEN!", not once. And I agree with you...many people take picking up women so seriously, as if it were a competitive sport, and shouldn't do so. But that all together is worthy of another topic being made for it.

Look...there is nothing wrong with talking about jobs that are notorious for people hooking up. Like I said in the very beginning of the post, "Most romances don’t occur between two people who meet at a bar or club. The majority of romances occur in the workplace." And that statement is so true. There isn't a rule on these forums that says that we have to limit our conversation on daygame and nightgame alone...taking advantage of your surroundings in the workplace is damn near paramount for meeting new people.

I personally would rather talk about inner game and the way people interact psychologically with one another, but somethings... like this... are worth talking about (and not obsessing about) also.

I'd like to point out the difference between jobs where talking with clients and other employees is part of your job, and those which your job is more focused on completing other tasks.

Example is I work in a grocery store, my job is to get product on the shelf, straighen the displays and clean the storage areas and other stuff. I pass by shoppers, emplolyees and demo-girls all the time, some I could chat with all day, but I don't hang around much because I must complete tasks. Compare to a guy making coffee and smoothies, someone attending the meat counter, security guard, sales associate, or anyone standing at a kiosk in the mall. Throughout the shift he would get to socialize with people, while waiting to take an order, blending the drink, etc. These guys positions revolve around socialising with customers and are usually unsupervised. Ideal environment that frees you up to practice gaming during your shift.

Don't get me wrong, I lke what I do and its what I'm good at and provides a lot of oppurtunity. If you're primary concern is job and financial security, this isn't a deciding factor. But this is something to consider if you're looking for some part time gig and as a means to beef up your game.
