How is it that guys that have never heard of PUA still get consistent lays? And I don't mean people who are quote unquote "naturals".

well, there are tons of reasons:
-They're a natural.
-They've got something people like (money, power, fame, etc).
-They've got the illusion that they've got something people like.
-They're drop dead gorgeous.
-Natural Attraction (no gaming required).
-Luck.
-Prostitution.

Those are the only reasons i can think of that a person would get laid, excluding the game. But you can't forget that while others have had to read the game to understand it, there are people that have read it and gone "ohhhh, THAT's what I've been doing all along! No wonder I do so well!"

If PUAs were the only people who could get laid... Would the world be overpopulated? PUAs have been around for like 10 years? Our way is just more efficient but we still mimic the guys who get laid. We copy their behaviour.

There are many parts of your personality that can be attractive, power, personality, looks, humor etc etc. Some people have one of them strongly developed and attract girls who are suckers for that. We try to build all of these equally so that we can attract a wide variety of girls, namely everyone we want.
