intresting read about the chemicals at work while you excercise, ive been thinking alot about brain chemistry lately. Something that intrests me is that dopamine is supposed to help you concentrate and low levels will make it hard to concentrate, then i started to think could this effect learning because excessive masturbation decreases dopamine levels which in turn decreases concentration and decreases the amount of dopeamine that gets released when you finish that difficult essay or whatever. then i started thinking funnily enough most people i knew that were smart did a fair amount of this medium excercise they talk about in that article. it really intregues me and i think it must be a majour influence on peoples behaviour.

so im thinking i might test this out stop masturbation completly for a month and jog every day and see what happens when my dopamine levels are higher and hopefully figure out what ballance i need for optimum results.

anyone else who wants to try this i would like to know your results, im paticuluarly intrested wether or not this effects learning substantially...
