I know this topic has been discussed many times but : what is the search for the ideal woman...really encompass? what is she like ? ( for each one of us)...and what are we gonna do with her once we do find her?
For example : in my wbafc days...i used to be ready to put the girl before myself...no matter what and be ready for her every command... In other words i gave myself up totally to her without caring about the consequences..
To conclude..can we be ourselves in front of the ideal Woman? without having to care about acting afcish or super-alpha whatever. in other words totally uninhibited behaviour...and total devotion and LOVE. is it a mutual possibility in a couple? an ideal couple? if yes, how? please answer MPUAS.

I think it works best of course when things just flow of course, but the idea is for this stuff to become embedded in you. You don't need to worry about 'acting AFC'. The idea REALLY is to bring out yourselves more. What my problem was when I liked a girl I would act differently and bend over backwards and in other words be 'too nice'.

In reality I am a piss taker, even irritating sometimes. Also some girls don't like 'super alpha' guys, because of the girl's personality. Having said that even those women don't like ass kissers.

You're going about this with the completely wrong mindset.

"Who you are" is a fluid concept that should change over time as you are presented with new perspectives and new ideas that expand your consciousness and test your beliefs. At its best, that's what the community represents, although people often lose sight of that or never realize it at all in the pursuit of "quick fix" remedies to their life's problems.

The implication in your post is that you're still hiding behind a bullshit social mask that you know "works" with women, but isn't true to who you are at your core. Fix that, and not only will you feel better, but your success will skyrocket as well.
