hey guys this might not be new to you, the concept of practicing in your brain. before you start try this experiment:
1. get a pen and a paper
2. write 3 times "visualization helps your game" with you dominant hand. easy right?
3. write the thing above again with your non-dominant hand. not so easy now?
4. write again with your non-dominant hand. but this time before you do, think about yourself writing it perfectly in your brain, plan how you going to write it, feel the touch of you writing it in your brain, see the word coming out as neat and tidy.
my result: i got much better after i visualized.
the experiment above is just to help you understand how crazy you can manipulate your brain into learning faster. visualization is really useful when you try to install a new routine or new lines or new technique into your brain.
lets say i want to install the reaction of saying "take a wild guess" whenever a HB ask me "how old are you". then i can visualize a HB asking me this thing (seeing the imagine, hearing the sound, feeling the environment in your brain), then i visualize again myself saying the phrase "take a wild guess"(hearing the sound, looking in the HB's eyes, feeling the sense of your throat vibrating). and next time when these things happen, my brain will recognize that the situation looks familiar and react. its all about building your neuro pathway.
this is extremely useful but not a substitute for in field experience unless you can predict every single little factor when in field
p.s. oh btw writing a belief again and again using left and right hand helps you build that belief into your whole brain. this information is just for your enjoyment
