I've been working on my social circle for some time now. I'm noticing that sometimes I have to cut some people out and that sometimes people leave. Social dynamics on social circles is a crucial part to your game if your end result is a strong and healthy relationship, I believe. It will give you plenty of things to do and plenty of people to hang out with. I derive from my point though. As my social circle grows, the activities I do and the opportunities for them grow as well. Instinct tells me that I need to find a bunch of high value people and surround myself with them. What if I take low value people and help them? I feel by doing this I'm able to build a stronger bond between me and my inner circle, and I can mold my circle more to my liking. It helps me to become alpha, I am able to lead my friends better with less pressure. Slowly I take on more pressures and bring more people in. I'm creating my inner circle from the ground up and then expanding. Its working out really well, and helps me to obtain better qualities in myself.
