Man, i had a blast today.

Today, we got a new chick working at our new apartment. Dan - now single cuz he dumped Mandy. Don't know why but Mandy is a cutie pie! I love talking to with her.

So this new chick right? I was in the office chatting them up - mean while, I'm gauging Dan's response to her and mine conversations.

Women are smart as hell - they know when a guy tries to hard to impress them. Number rule that I learned is not to try to impress the girl but be yourself.

Back track a bit - I noticed that Dan would make these corny jokes that she'll alittle bit laugh at.

It wasn't like Ha ha ha - like that was really funny it was like Ha ha.

I know Dan's a AFC but it's fun to observe him and take notes what he's doing wrong while he interacts with chicks. Sorry, not coaching him - he can figure out his own damn self that the only reason why he got laid from Mandy was because --- I have no clue. Maybe she seduced him.

Anyways, so talking in the office - Dan and I started talking about computers (I know not really emotional spiking) but she was interested. It turned out to be like Who's Smarter with him contest. I'm over here just having a nice conversation with the both of them- he shots back some snooty remark and I laughed.

"Do you know what this guy reminds me of - McCauley Kulkin in Home Alone where he's snooty and cocky." She laughed and he said, "Thanks I didn't know I was a brat!" "You are a brat! *Laughed* I love this guy - I love pulling his chain all the time. It's funny when he doesn't know whether or not I'm joking around."

I also figured out some good AMOG techniques - but the thing is he's just trying to get some. Which is good - I guess. He's a cool guy - so it's not worth it AMOG'ing the dude for some chick. He's not even a AMOG just a innocent by-stander when bullets go flying. LOL! TThe first thing he'll do is take cover while a real AMOG will just stand there looking stupid. I'm sorry, bad joke. LOL!

I wish I coudl go on and on but I don't wanna take too much space. However, she is single due to the perfume, low cut blouse she wears. However, I'm not sure if she's sending Dan flirting signals or not. I noticed at the end of her shift she stands by the desk looking at the tabel kinda hunched over - but not like totally. So, I don't think her cleavage is showing.

However, he did ask if she needed a microwave to heat up her dinner, cuz he got one in his room. Bingo! Damn, that was pretty clever - Point for danny boy. Nice one! She said though, "No, no - it's okay they told me not to bring any thing that had to be prepped."

It was cleaver though. I like that! But she deflected his attempt. So I brought up a topic about what girls like and etc and some psychology behind why women choose assholes and some nice. She was intrigued. It was so cute that Dan got alittle ticked off though - he stared at me smiling with his wheels in his head turning.

I just had a good day and I thought I might share it with you guys!

Although, I have a question - now I did noticed that I shook her hand that she held it for a while then when I slipped my hand way she still had hand touching. Now is this an IOI? I don't wanna look into this as a big deal. Also, another thing is I busted her out on some things. Somehow a client was taking about a horror movie - I said, "What you don't like horror movies?" She's like no. "You're a wuss!" She laughed. Teasing is fun. I'm not sure if Dan's scared to do that but should I fuck with her more and maybe he can learn some examples?

Also, what about the bending slightly down looking something on the desk. Is that an IOI she was giving Dan? It might be but I'm nto sure.

In my own opinion I think Dan's trying to holla at her but as we all know - you try too hard the girl will put you in a LJBF Zone.
