Sounds to me like shes more than interested, she dropping subtle hints and i think you should go for it when you see her. Although i'd say you were showing maybe a bit too much interest in your replys mainly the response to when she asked you if your seeing anyone, that shows shes interested and you should of said something like 'there's a couple of girls i like, we'll just see how things go i guess' its not lying because one of the girls is her but she doesnt know that and will make her think maybe she has to work a bit harder for you if shes got competition

Three aspects to consider:-

You seem to be trying a little bit too hard to gain her approval and attention. Also try having a stronger frame with your text game; she seems to be the one controlling the frame within your exchange of messages; with friends you can share the frame or follow, but not with girls who you want to attract; you will come of very "beta". I think she likes you, she wouldn't bother going through the effort of meeting up with you otherwise; you just have to make her attracted to you and escalate accordingly.
