This is a little thing I use sometimes to break down resistance (not LMR but general resistance). Some of you probably already use something similar, but it's always good to get feedback on what works.

Ok, I met a HB8 for a coffee today. Last time I saw HB8 I made sure to imbed certain pieces of information:

1. My ex-girlfriend lives locally
2. My ex-girlfriend is super-hot
3. I am going to a wedding in the next few days.

(Subtly on 1 and 2, make a big deal of 3)

So my target was primed when I met her today. During our date I made sure to use lots of NLP to convey the idea of taking opportunities and living in the moment. I don't have a particular script but if you use NLP you will have an idea how to do this, if you don't then search the posts and you will find one pretty quickly.

Ok, so NLP in place, ideas of impulsiveness in her head. Sooner or later during the conversation HB8 was going to ask me about the wedding and how it went. Very often the target will ask if you took any photos, but if not just slip in that you took lots. HB8 then asks to see photos.

At this point I get out my phone and flick to recent photos. I have around 10 photos of the wedding and directly after that I have pre-placed a photo of my hot ex-girlfriend (it doesn't matter, just pick your cutest ex, or a friend the target won't know). So HB8 flicks through wedding photos and then gets to the photo of my ex.

She will always comment on the girl and say how attractive she is. Sometimes she will directly ask who she is, sometimes she will guess or just skirt around it. The trick here, is to make her work it out without you telling her. An easy way to do this is to embed a certain visual image about your ex on a previous meeting. For example, she had curly red hair (ok, unlikely but hey )

Now it's easy. Normally the target goes a bit distant, and then you just act as though your not sure what's going on. When she tells you, you act surprised and tell her that she hasn't got anything to worry about. Your ex is out of your life now. But make sure to always leave the idea hanging that actually you wouldn't mind getting your ex back.

Today's coffee date ended pretty quickly after the photos. With the NLP kicking in plus a strong possessive instinct that most girls seem to have, HB8 dragged me back to hers for a f-close.

Fourth date result! The beauty for me is that it doesn't totally change a targets opinion of you it just speeds up the process. I think it only works with certain types of women and in certain situations, but when used properly it is really effective.
