the best tip i could give to any pua is don't over neg or become insulting. understand negs, and how to use them properly!

Personally my biggest problem when I started was leaning in and raising my hands like I was praying. The hardest part was catching myself doing it.

Once you have realsied a problem you have to conciously try to stop yourself doing it. It took me a few attempts but I do not have that problem anymore.

SO just remember if any of the above tips have hit home you can sort them with a little bit of effort.
