Some female opinions would be appreciated!
Anyway, what's your opinion on gum?

Gum is actually a useful tool I feel. Don't start a set with it in your mouth but bring a pack with you. Then at an opportune moment, grab a stick and make it noticeable that you have more pieces. Almost always the girls in the set will ask for a piece. This is a fun time when you can jokingly play with your target and grant her friend (your obstacle) her request for a piece but then make your target have to qualify why she should get a piece. If you've already hit the hook point with your target, I find that this ussually drives them crazy. But try it and see what works best for you.
