Vin DiCarlo has an ebook No Flakes which is only about 35 pages long; i don't know how much it could help so I was wondering if anyone here can add their insight.

I know that flaking is inevitable when trying to plan things with girls, but I want to do everything I can to keep it from happening.

I've tried a couple things with girls and today I spoke to my ex for the first time in a while (She's home for break and going back to NY soon). We planned to hang out on Sunday and I basically told her to not waste my time and only agree to seeing me if she truly wanted to because I have other things to do with my time. I usually don't talk like this to other girls but my ex has been back since mid December and has already faked on me one day saying she was "sick" (I'm pretty sure she went out that night and did other things).
