I contacted Ed - the web site's administrator. I'll be sending him a sample of the new PUA Chat.

So my question is to you people - is what changes do you want in the new PUA Chat?

Also, what do you not want! It will be still a video\microphone chat, so don't worry!

A couple of my thoughts are:

1) To allow the moderators\Super Admin (Yes you Chief) be able to kick off people. This doesn't mean kick me off when I act crazy!

2) Also, the filtering of the words are a hassle and annoying. We're old enough!

So, what changes do you want made and what kind of features would you like added in? Thanks!

1) like the current privet messeages, be able to isolate talk from a few people at once. That way when there is a flood of talking you can keep track of your conversation.
2) Less delay

I want to clarify what i meant by boxes. When you double click some1's name in the chat at the moment, it pops up another box you can privet chat in. I would like a way you can have EVERYTHING a certain person says come up in a seperate chat window.
Not sure if its possible.

Also, bigger capacity!!

Sure thing Rye. I noticed that when you whisper or something it goes to the other person. That'll be fixed.

Also, matels - larger capacity also would be fixed also. ALso Rye & Chief - Smiley faces will changed into 3D animated smileys with large collection.

Also, the clicking on the boxes - like do you mean the little menu? Yeah, i could fix that. Also, the graphical interface will have some new gadgets and a new feel. However, my motto is to make the product simple enough for anyone to use. I hate those applications that are so difficult that you feel like you just walked in a mess.

Also, the delay issue - i'm not sure if it's the improper coding but however, it could be the person's bandwidth or server. not sure.

If anyone else got a few sugguestions to maybe new features to add. Let me know thanks!

Each time I change something on the new chat - you'll be notified with either snap shots or video.

Here's some ideas I'm tossing out that seem interesting.

If you PM or IM - it will have a built in camera function, so you two can chat one on one on camera.

Also, administrator powers in the chatroom like boot - etc.. and special functions.

Upload pictures without a stupid alert box saying, "You have to have flash 8 or higher.

Also, more sounds to play - don't know if anyone wants that feature still on.

A few gadgets like Youtube Gadget - cause I know some people send youtube links.

Jukebox Gadget that plays mp3's for people to hear.

Emoticon's, more smiley faces and stuff like that.
Also, more buddy icons - or whatever you call those things.

What do you guys think?

You have to install a flash player plug-in for that work. Flash Player are made for seperate browsers.

Alright, so far so good. I'm still working on it guys - so don't get impatient! It looks good so far but needs alot more work.

Now, it's not going to be hosted on my website - so no need to worry.

Now, the good thing are that there's a 500 capacity room limit. A webinar room that allows mentors to teach in that allows 250 people in there.

Things haven't been set in stone - but at least something's going in the right direction!
