When I was really struggling with women and wondering why everyone has had it way better than me, Sunday mornings were the worst.

Didn't matter if I woke up alone or with a woman in my bed... that was the time I FELT the most ALONE.

I look back on those days now and I'm so grateful for all I've learned and experienced, all the joy and pain and anger and pleasure. And I will never forget that feeling, because that memory keeps me pushing on.

I want you to do one thing. Check in with yourself this morning. Where are you at? What do you want out of life? Ask yourself this, and be as brutally honest as you can be:
