Normally I've been using my phone to record the audio, but I want to record the video.

How would this be done? Like Do I need a wireless thing mic thing?


What about using a camera, like a normal camera that can record video?

check the vimeo camera. tiny, you can take it anywhere, and the A/V quality is amazing for the price.

There are some great hand-cams (especially HD) on the market now for competitive prices. You can also get pocket-size SD card panasonic camcorders.

What I'm planning to do though is just get a cheap 30-40GB hardrive camcorder for about £250. These have like 30x + optical zoom, so your wing can just zoom in massively without being suspected. I haven't field tested this yet though, but this is my idea.

For audio you can get some pretty sweet omnidirectional tie clip mic's and then just a cheap wireless system for about £50. At Maplin or if you are in the states the equivalent would be radioshack
